Terms of Use

These terms are institutional draft language describing the platform as built. They have not been reviewed by legal counsel and must be reviewed and adapted before production use or contractual reliance.
1. Owner
Proprietor. AOR ONE™, CARE AUTHORITY™, AOR HealIQ™ and associated systems are proprietary platforms and intellectual property of AOR Medical Solutions. Founder, Owner and Lead Developer: Américo Ortiz Rivera.
2. License scope
Limited license. Access is granted as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the platform for authorized operational purposes only.
3. Authorized access
Controlled provisioning. Accounts are provisioned by AOR Super Admin or an authorized organization administrator. Self-service registration is not available.
4. Acceptable use
Permitted. Use is limited to legitimate care coordination, administrative and compliance activities within the user's organization and role.
5. Unauthorized access prohibited
Prohibition. Attempting to access data outside your organization or role, sharing credentials, or circumventing access controls is prohibited.
6. Reverse engineering
Restriction. Decompiling, reverse engineering, scraping, or deriving the platform's structure or logic is prohibited.
7. Intellectual property
Protection. All names, marks, interfaces, workflows, documentation models and generated templates remain the property of AOR Medical Solutions.
8. User obligations
Duties. Users must maintain accurate records, act within their role, and review any assisted or generated content before use.
9. Confidential information
Protection. Users must protect confidential organizational and clinical information accessed through the platform.
10. PHI restriction
Before agreements. Protected health information must not be uploaded before the necessary agreements, including a Business Associate Agreement, have been executed and production controls validated.
11. Credentials
Responsibility. Users are responsible for the security of their credentials and for all activity performed under their account.
12. AI limitations
Assistive only. AI features assist with drafting, summarization and organization. Output may contain errors and is identified as AI-generated.
13. Mandatory human review
Approval required. No AI-generated content may be submitted, transmitted or relied upon without review and approval by an authorized user.
14. No medical or legal advice
Boundaries. The platform does not provide medical advice and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
15. No guarantee of authorization or payment
Coverage. Coverage, authorization and reimbursement depend on the benefit plan, medical necessity, network status, documentation and governing requirements. No approval or payment is guaranteed.
16. Suspension
Account suspension. Accounts may be suspended where misuse, security risk or unauthorized access is suspected.
17. Termination
End of access. Access may be terminated by the organization administrator or by AOR Medical Solutions in accordance with the applicable agreement.
18. Limitation of liability
Limits. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AOR Medical Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Specific limits are established in the executed commercial agreement.
19. Service availability
No uptime commitment. The platform is provided without a published uptime commitment at this stage. Service levels, if any, are defined in the executed commercial agreement.
20. Third-party integrations
Status. External integrations are published with their real status and are subject to separate configuration and authorization.
21. Governing law
To be defined. Governing law and jurisdiction are established in the executed commercial agreement between AOR Medical Solutions and the customer organization. No jurisdiction is asserted here.
